Welcome to The Chatsfield, London!
I loved the cover from the moment that I saw it! With Harlequin I have never been disappointed, and this one didn’t either. With it being the first time I have read from this author and I always enjoy reading new authors. This is a modern day Cinderella, the plot is such a sweet romance that it will have you falling in love with the story and want to re-read it I know I do. Liyah Amari has taken a job to fulfil her mother last wishes before she died only thing was when she started to find things out it wasn’t what she was told throughout her childhood. Including the one thing that she wanted to have a grasp on. When she meets Sayed, who by the way is a sheikh from her mother homeland, Liyah gets more than what she signed up for in her job description. Sayed has been thrown into the next in line for Meleche after an unfortunate incident to his older brother, so before his royal wedding he is escorting his fiancé on a grand tour across Europe. Only problem with this is that not everything is always set in stone and when your heart overpowers your duty it erupts like a volcano and fires need to be put out. I love the banter between these two! Let’s just say Sayed gets more than what he bargains for because nobody has ever spoken to him in the ways she dares to. Made me laugh at some of it, since I could imagine his face. Will love and the heart be able conquer this second heart or will duty finally become the victor where these two are in question? All I have to say is the chemistry is definitely there. The descriptions in this book made it to where I could picture closely what the author may have wanted you to imagine not just the characters but also the different places to look like. I love Sheikh Novels so whenever I am reading them I enjoy to see what uniqueness the author will bring to the plate and this one did an amazing job with the story. I recommend this to the readers that enjoy a sweet with a taste of sizzling romance read.
