Great Christmas Reads. You get not only one but two reads for your Christmas time romance readings. Patricia Rosemoor has a surprise in-store for her readers this year.

During a Christmas Party at her work Shelby wakes up to find her boss dead! With no memories of what happened and also since it is widely known that she did not get along with her boss all the time she decides to keep quiet. That is until the murder starts t0 be looked into! With the brother dead, Rand the co-owner has now full control. Does this seem like motive to kill your own brother? Or was it the sister Pippa who now will have a chance to be in the picture and not in her brothers shadows? Three suspects all with motives, who killed him. The police are asking questions and now Shelby and Rand are looking to see who it may be, or could it be one of these two trying to cover up.

I loved how the author has Shelby and Rand relate to everyday lives. She has so many twists and turns that you will continue to keep guessing all the way to the end.  I had an idea of wh it was and then was confused again.

In Nightmare in Crimson, you read about Pippa who we first read about from In Holiday in Crimson. It has only been a year since her husbands death last Christmas and now she is working at the Westbrook department store. Another Christmas has arrived and another dead body has shown up, she is again suspected for murder. However, now there is another suspect, Sky. Which one of these two is guilty and which one is innocent? Or are they both innocent and being framed? They both have to stand together to find out the truth in this suspense romance. Pippa has had to struggle and has had to live through a lot in her young life. The author shows how this character has blossomed and made her into a strong women who learns to trust again in love.

I loved both of these stories and will have to continue to follow this author in her future works. The author continuously seems t have surprises up her sleeves and will make you fall in love with her characters. I highly recommend this book!

I received an ARC from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
