Crash Into Me ~ K.M. Scott ~ ARC Review!!

Crash Into Me FINAL

Wow what a great book! The story line was amazing  and I have never read an ending so shocking or like what happens at all! Very well written, sexy and steamed up my kindle. I found myself loving Tristan and at the same time also wanting to strangle him for some of the things he does lol!  He truly is a guy that doesn’t know how to love and is so shocked that he has fallen for this girl and doesn’t always know how to handle certain things. He tries to keep her away from his crazy, hectic world but doesn’t do it well. He is used to getting what he wants and he wants Nina.
Tristan and Nina are worlds apart. Tristan is an alpha billionaire business man and doesn’t take “No” for an answer. Nina graduated college studying art and is trying to work her way up in the world. Until she meets this mysterious man at a gallery showing and he takes her breath away. He makes her an offer she can’t refuse and her world is forever changed. She is falling hard and fast for this charming man. She learns that he is different from his facade he wears. She see’s the real man that he hides from the world but is scared of being just another girl on his arm. Or worst yet just not being good enough. Will they both open their hearts to let love in or will the past come back to haunt them. The ending will leave you speechless.I can’t wait to read more about Tristan and Nina’s story in Falling Into Me!! It is going to be a doozie!!

The first novel in the Heart of Stone Trilogy, Crash Into Me is a sexy contemporary romance.

What would you give up for everything?

Tristan Stone was powerful, commanding, sex incarnate. And he wore it all so well. From the moment his mesmerizing gaze met mine, I had no choice but surrender to everything he was. His power. His decadence. His passion. He was all I never knew I needed.

He wanted to possess me, and I wanted to be his everything. All I had to do was accept what he offered. But everything has a price.

The world he gave me fulfilled my wildest dreams, but would that be enough when the past crashed into the present?

Crash Into Me will be released on August 28 at all major booksellers in ebook and print. Look for Book 2, entitled Fall Into Me, late in 2013 and Book 3, tentatively titled Give In To Me, in early 2014.
And be sure to add Crash Into Me to your Goodreads shelves at

A writer for years in other genres, I love the sexier side of romance, both as a reader and author. Well-written erotic romance is just what a girl needs some days when the rest of the world is dumping problems on her doorstep, and I love that I can give readers that erotic escape.

I love hearing from readers, so if you want to get in touch with me, email at and I’ll get back to you asap.

Two Excerpt’s!!!

He slid the tie from my neck and undid all his work. “Now you show me what you learned.”
I attempted to take the tie from his hand, but he pulled it away and whispered, “On me. Turn around and sit toward me.”
Nervous fear shot through me as I stood up, and I hoped I’d be able to turn around without my legs giving out. The dress I wore only fell to the middle of my thighs, so when I straddled him, it was likely to ride up so far my panties would show. I didn’t care about that so much as him knowing that I was already dripping wet just from sitting there pressed up against him.
Taking a deep breath, I turned around and climbed on top of his lap. He stared into my eyes, unnerving me, but something held me firm in his gaze. His hard cock pressed against the front of his pants and my damp panties. There was no way he didn’t know how excited he’d made me.
I took the tie from his hand and slid it around his strong neck, even as my fingers trembled at the feel of him underneath them. Trying to hide my ignorance of my task, I wrapped the wide end of the tie around the narrow end, but it was no use. I didn’t know what came next.
Dropping the two ends of silk, I looked down to avoid his gaze. “I’m sorry. I don’t know how to do this.”
“You didn’t listen when I told you how to?” he asked in a voice that was as seductive as it was stern.
Shaking my head, I continued to look down at the untied ends of the blue fabric laying against his shirt. “I couldn’t. You were so close, and it was impossible to pay attention to what you were saying.”
He slid his hands down my back and cupped my ass to pull me into him, grinding my soaked panties into the thin fabric separating his cock from me. Kneading my flesh through my dress, he whispered near my mouth, “I love how honest you are, Nina. It makes me want to be honest with you.”
I wasn’t sure how to answer, but it didn’t matter. As my head swum from the sensations he’d created in me, he pressed his mouth to mine and kissed me. His lips were soft yet demanding, and I eagerly kissed him back, seeking a release of that sweet ache, but his kiss only increased the feeling, making me want more.
He nudged his hips off the couch, sliding his cock over my sensitive clit, and I couldn’t stop myself from moaning into his mouth. I didn’t want him to think he had this effect on me so soon, but I was powerless. I wanted him so badly at that moment, I would have done anything to keep his hands on my body.

Two women walked toward me as I stood in the dress I’d been wearing for far too long, and I so wished I’d changed clothes before going shopping. Feeling self conscious, I avoided meeting their gazes, instead looking out the window at the activity on the sidewalk.
“You must be Nina,” the blonder one announced. “Mr. Stone told us to expect you. We have everything picked out and if you follow me, I’ll take you to a dressing room.”
I did as she asked and found myself in a dressing room almost as big as my entire apartment. A dozen different dresses, outfits, and business suits hung around the room. I looked at the price tag on one of the dresses and my mouth fell open.
My portion of the rent on my apartment was only slightly more. I couldn’t afford these clothes.
Immediately, I opened the door and stuck my head out to find the blonde who’d escorted me to the room. She stood with her back to me hanging clothes on satin covered hangers, and I said, “Excuse me. Miss?”
She turned around and flashed me a toothy smile. “Is there something I can help you with?”
I was embarrassed to say I was too poor to afford anything in her store, so I whispered, “I think there’s been a mistake. Mr. Stone didn’t mention how…” I hesitated and stumbled over my words until I finally blurted out, “He never said they’d be of such high quality.”
Thankfully, she seemed to understand what I had so clumsily referred to because she gave me one of her supermodel smiles and nodded. “Oh, that’s been taken care of, miss. Mr. Stone will be paying for everything.”
She returned to her work, leaving me alone in the dressing room that could house a small family, my head spinning from what she’d said. Not only was I now employed as an assistant curator for Tristan Stone, but now he was buying me an entire wardrobe so I could be ready for my first day at work?
It all seemed too good to be true.
I tried on one outfit and then the next, impressed that the women who worked at Le Ciel knew my size just minutes after I walked through the door. I hadn’t stood there for that long, yet the clothes fit me perfectly.
As I twirled around in front of the three way mirror, swinging the black skirt that matched perfectly with the grey see-through blouse, my cell phone rang. I didn’t recognize the number, but I was in such a good mood, I broke my usual rule and answered it.
“Hello?” I sang happily to whomever was on the other end.
“Good morning, Nina.”
My heart began pounding wildly at the sound of his deep voice. Tristan.
“I’m so happy you agreed to sign the contract,” he purred into my ear. “Are you happy with my choices for you?”
I looked down at the clothes I wore and then around the room at all the beautiful outfits hanging there just waiting for me to love them. “You chose these?” I asked, stunned.
“Oh. I don’t know what to say.”
I didn’t. It was all at once exciting and overwhelming to know he’d taken the time to come here and pick out clothes for me.
“What are you wearing, Nina?”
“The black silk skirt and grey see-through blouse. It’s very nice.”
“I’m sure you look beautiful in it. I want you to take it off,” he said in a distinctly commanding tone.
“Do you want me to try a different outfit on and tell you if I like it?”
Confused, I did as he ordered and stood in my bra and panties, just as I had done in front of him the previous night.
“Okay. I took it off.”
“Are you wearing only your pink panties and bra I saw you in last night?”
“Yes,” I said with a smile as the memory of our time together flashed through my mind.
“Good. I want you to sit on the large ottoman in the middle of the room.”
I did as he desired. “I’m sitting, Tristan.”
“Good. Lean back and lie down.”
I did as he ordered, loving the sound of his deep voice telling me what to do. “Okay.”
“I want you to close your eyes and think about how it felt with my mouth on your pussy.”

An involuntary moan escaped from my throat at the sound of his words entering my ears. This was the most he’d ever spoken to me, other than telling me about his plans for his house, and I loved hearing him talk like this.

Whew! It’s getting hot in here! Until next Tristan Thursday…

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

THIS BOOK IS AMAZING!!!The characters in Inevitable were written in a way where I did not want to put the book down. I love that it had romance, humor, and great characters that will keep you entertained. This book is the first part of a two book series as you can see in the title. Even though there may be some that do not pay attention to this I do just to be prepared. Within the first couple of chapters in the book I am feeling sorry and laughing at what the main character Cassandra does. All she wanted was the perfect life with her fiancé!

Cassandra and her best friend Hillary are so alike yet so different in so many ways. She becomes her backbone for Cassandra throughout the story and vice versa. However, Caleb comes to town that Hillary has been in love with forever. How does Hillary handle her feelings for Caleb and make a move on those feelings?

Logan is the handsome, single, major playboy, and moves in next door to Cassandra with his 4 year old son Oliver.logan He has had to raise Oliver for most of his live (as you will find out the reasons in the book). And even though Logan does his own extracurricular activities, he keeps it away from his son.

This book is about a friendship that flourishes into more throughout. However, due to a tragic occurrence will Logan and Cassie be able to overcome and follow what their hearts desire or will one of them continue to keep their wall around their hearts and only want friendship.  I will definitely be recommending this to everyone and I will be waiting for book 2 to come out and continue this adventure with Logan and Cassandra.

REVIEW ~ Written in the Stars by Patricia Rosemoor and Sherrill Bodine

Written in the Stars

Title: Written in the Stars

Author: Patricia Rosemoor, Sherill Bodine

Genre: Erotic Adult Paranormal Romance

Release:  August 12, 2013

Availability: Kindle on Amazon, Nook on Barnes and Nobles

Chased by evil, two women discover their own magic to fight a villain’s curse on the Posey rings that draw them to the men they are destined to love…

In 1601, Lady Elizabeth York’s star-shaped birthmark proclaims her a child of magic.

When she arrives at Dunham Castle to marry Carlyle, heir to the Duke of Lennox, she finds enchantment in the eyes and touch of Will Grey, the Duke’s bastard son. Bewitched by Elizabeth, Will defies all for their love, and his jilted half-brother places a curse on them both.

Searching for a treasure ship sunk long ago, present-day marine archeologist Cordelia Ward is pursued romantically by both salvager Innis Foley and treasure hunter Morgan Murphy. She is haunted by a
murderous nightmare where one man is the killer and the other the victim.

But which man is her enemy – which one her soul mate?

Can a journal that belonged to her ancestress, Lady Elizabeth York show her the answers… in time to save her true love?

This book was given to me in exchange for an honest review by Entangled Publishing.

To me book covers is what first makes me want to read a book and this one screamed for me to grab the book and start reading. Just by looking at this gorgeous cover you can see it tells a tale of two stories at different times that was touched by magic.

I have never read any books of these two authors so when asked to review, I gladly said yes because I am always in the market to find new authors that intrigue my mind. When I started to read this book it began in one time period and flowed towards another as the authors have most likely wanted you to understand what the story is behind the current scenes. I mostly enjoy historical romances and this one not only brought you historical romance but it also had the magical paranormal and of course the danger because there is no such thing as a true historical romance without the danger that you have to overcome. The story also is about believing in love at first sight and the decisions between the characters.

For Lady Elizabeth born in the 1600s, does she follow her honor or what is truly in her heart and risk losing everything for the man she first laid eyes on. She is promised to Carlyle, so both families will build a strong alliance with each other; yet loves Will, who is in charge of the guard. Or for Cordelia, who lives in present day and is born generations later and related to Elizabeth, will she overcome her dilemma on finding out who is trying to steal what is rightfully hers. That is something that you will have to find out when reading!

Sometimes in dual authors you find spots where the story may be missing parts or jumps around but I have to say I did not see any of these issues while reviewing this book and do honestly hope that they co-author again. Authors Patricia Rosemoor and Sherrill Bodine had strong main characters but also did not forget about their secondary characters; which to me is also important in stories because everyone has a part to play. I would highly recommend this book to people to read because it truly is a treasure waiting to be opened!

Jennifer James ~ Blog Tour & GIVEAWAY ~ Covert Craving

She just stripped in front of an NYPD detective…

The glow-in-the-dark water at Camp Sunny Woods left Chloe Saunders with the ability to disappear from sight.

Thirteen years later, she uses her “gift” to take out criminals when she can. If she’s got to be part of a freak show, she’s going to do some good while in the buff.

And he’s enjoying studying every luscious curve…

Color blind detective Jacob Greiff smokes to weaken the overwhelming messages his nose sends him. One summer camp trip was enough for him. His priority right now is busting the vigilante leaving burglars tied up with panty hose and women’s scarves.

He thinks he’s hallucinating when he sees a petite, bare foot brunette in an enormous trench coat at his crime scenes because for the first time in years, he’s seeing someone in full color.

He’s not sure he’s buying it, but Chloe sure looks great when she’s “invisible.”

Despite his own supernatural abilities and the raging lust between them, Greiff wonders if Chloe isn’t some kind of nut who gets off on public nudity. She insists she can disappear from view when naked, that he’s the only one who can see her when she’s in the buff.

Their shared past comes to a treacherous intersection when a man shows up at Chloe’s apartment and informs them at gun point it’s time to report for duty—or else.

Greiff got to his feet and helped her stand. He steadied her with both hands at her waist. “Come on, honey. Hopefully things get nice and boring from here.”
“One can hope.”
They clambered back into the boat, and he lead her to the stairs to go below deck.
A wicked light lit his eyes and he licked his lower lip, his attention zeroed in on her breasts. “There’s a small shower stall and fresh water tank on this boat.”
“Well, salt water does get pretty itchy if you don’t wash it off.”
Lucky cussed and slouched down in one of the chairs. “I’m the one who got shot. I should be getting laid, not him.”
She ignored the whining and let Greiff carry her to the head.
Once inside, he stripped her clothes from her body and forced her to sit on the toilet lid. A cushy towel softened the hard surface.
“No food on board, but otherwise this place is pretty decked out.” He started the shower water and removed his destroyed suit pants.
The hard, thick length of his cock jutted out and she grasped it in one hand. She licked a circle around the head and he tensed, both hands fisted at his sides.
“You’re salty.”
“Ocean water.” His voice sounded strained.
She pumped her fist up and down once, and licked him again. His nostrils flared, and he buried his fingers in her hair.
“I can smell how aroused you are. How wet.” He bent down and cradled her in his arms. “And I think I promised you something.”
She sucked in a deep breath and met him for a long, hungry kiss. They moved under the water spray, and he twined her legs around his waist, supporting her weight with one hand.
“How are you doing that?”
The water cascaded over his dark hair and into his eyes. “I got an extra dose of the Professor’s secret sauce recently. At least, that’s what Lucky thinks. It made me stronger.”
“Oh, Greiff.” Anger, sadness, and helplessness replaced some of her ardor.
“Shh, sweetheart. There ain’t nothin’ to do about it now.” He reached behind her and grabbed a bottle of floral scented shampoo. He moved and pinned her to the cold wall of the stall with his groin and one knee beneath her ass. The heat of his shaft was trapped between them. “You okay? You complained about your pelvis earlier.”
“Oh, I’m terrific.”
The blue of his eyes gleamed, and he massaged the lather into her hair, then his. With slow, exquisite care, he washed every inch of their bodies, then took the shower head down and sprayed them off. He spun around and rested his back against the wall.
“I need to soap your back.” He handed her the shower head.
Desire melted her muscles into putty. Unable to take more of his hands roving over her, but never touching her where she craved the most, she wrapped his cock in her fist and stroked it hard. She licked his chest to his neck until she reached his mouth and plunged her tongue inside.
“Give me that.” He reclaimed the shower head and positioned it so the stream struck her clit from behind.
The force of the water teased and tormented, but wasn’t enough to shove her off the precipice into orgasm. He sucked on her neck and ears, the heavy muscle of his thigh dug into her ass cheek. She wriggled and squirmed as her frustration mounted.
“That feels good.” With both forearms on his shoulders and the strength in her thighs, she hoisted herself higher and sank down again. “But you inside me would be even better.”
“Not in here.” He re-mounted the shower head in the holder over head. “You’re not healed enough if we slip and fall.”
“Jake—” His name sounded a lot like a whine, even to her, but she didn’t care.
He strode into the bedroom with the water still running and laid her down on the bed careful not to let his weight rest on her legs. With both hands, he spread her thighs wide and kissed his way from her belly button to her clit.

Content: ADULT content. Not suitable for YA audiences.

When Raine Bowe volunteers for a sleep study for the extra cash, she didn’t expect to wake in a lab or to be victimized by a mad scientist. She escapes with one objective–to find someone strong enough to wage war with the evil growing inside her.

Ryder Storm is a man with a reputation–the bad boy of his own universe. He doesn’t take prisoners, won’t give into a sweet smile, and doesn’t cut his pack an inch of slack. He knows the desperate woman in his bar is his the moment he lays eyes on her. He’ll give her anything she wants, except the one thing she’s begging for. Death.

Raine enlists Ryder’s help to unravel the mystery surrounding the hours she lost in the lab and to help tame the beast inside her. In their search for answers, the road will lead them to a twisted experiment involving shifters, humans, and the creation of the ultimate Alpha. He’s ready for the adventure and she’s ready for her answers. Neither are ready for the lust that calls down from the mating moon. But a wolf knows its mate, and an alpha will not stop until he or she gets what they want.

The loud hammering of Raine’s heart drowned out the single word bouncing around her mind—and the dogs barking at her back. Their angry growls faded the faster she ran. A little further. Just a little more, and she’d be home free.

Trees swooshed past her with every step she took away from the small isolated facility. She ignored the hospital gown swinging against her legs and the blood dripping down her arms from the torn IVs. Barefoot, the rocks bit into the soles of her feet. None of that mattered. She had to survive. Her life depended on getting as far away from that place as possible.

Inhaling the comforting scent of mud, trees, and the wild, she barely heard the barking over the breeze rustling through the willows with each step she put between them. At any other time, she’d have dissected her reaction to the forest. Not now. And she didn’t stop. No way was she getting captured again without a fight.

Air beat in and out of her lungs in tandem with the pounding of her feet on the rocky ground. Moonlight filtered through the branches overhead, highlighting her path. Her hair caught on the tree limbs, snatching at the loose strands. Some of the hanging vines prodded her arms and stabbed her sides. Her breath hitched, and she missed a step, lurching forward. Something inside her tightened. Her arms swayed and her core muscles flexed. Before she face planted, everything balanced out. She blinked. More scared now than she’d ever been in her life. Something controlled her body and it had reflexes far superior to a normal human.

Moisture gathered in her eyes, blurring her vision. She blinked it away. Panic would only get her caught.

Raine glanced at the moon. It had shifted twice—now in front of her, rather than behind. She stilled. The trees rustled with the wind. An owl hooted. But she still didn’t hear the annoying bay of the dogs.

Ragged breaths beat hard in her ears. A horn’s blare sounded in the distance. Fear and excitement gave her a burst of energy. Cars meant help. She urged her body faster.

Street lights peeked through the trees. Air panted out of her chest. A second car honked, speeding past another. She was almost there. So close. Thank god. She was going to make it.

Slowing down at the edge of a hill, she darted glances around the now quiet street. No people milled about or walked around. Nothing. A big store, one she recognized from the one time she’d gotten lost in the shadier side of town, sat a block to her right. The sudden quiet made sense now. Nothing good happened this far south of Tempting Eats. It was known as the dead side. The thought alone gave her chills. Women went missing…all the time. That had been enough to keep her uptown in suburbia-peace-nation.

She glanced around, searching for anyone who might be waiting for her or even any of the dangerous men her neighbors said roamed the streets, but there was nothing, not a single being. Her feet hit the pavement in a rush. Once across the street, she hid inside a dark alley. The stench of rotting food and piss coated the air with a thick blanket of disease and chaos. Her throat convulsed, and the acidic taste of bile hit the back of her tongue.

Retreating, she took several steps toward the end of the street to a small motel. Its yellow, neon Vacancy sign blinked on and off with a buzz. A man’s yell pushed her to slink into the dark. The sound came from the shadows in front of the motel.

Milly Taiden’s book Wolf Fever has all the peaks of what a true Erotic Adult Novel should have, she has combined affection along with the necessary roughness to protect what is most precious to you, with awesome great sex scenes. Ryder has a bad boy persona and doesn’t follow any rules except for his own, yet when it comes to Raine he is willing to move heaven and earth just to protect her. Raine is a shy and quiet women, until she goes into this paid sleep study and doesn’t come out of it herself. She has no idea what has happened to her and seeks out Ryder to help her find answers out. As we all know when things go wrong there is a villain! The sex scenes that the author writes are always with great taste but shows a raw sexuality and passion that to me is the key when writing a great erotic with a touch of romance in her books. So if you don’t like to read about a lot of hot sexy scenes then this book is not for you; however, for all you others, I say go for it you will not be disappointed.  There were a couple of spots where it there were minor missing information but not enough to steer me away from this book.  Overall I totally loved this book and the author never seems to bring in new surprises in her books.

I would definitely recommend this book to others who love this genre. This is the first book in her Alpha Project, so be expecting more to be released; I know I am!!!!
